What Does Our School Leadership Support Team Deliver?
Our unique Apple A Day School Support Team is a team of experienced Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers and SEND specialists. We support in two ways: via recruitment of Senior Leaders and specialist staff and through tailored consultancy. We deliver a bespoke service to fit your requirements – because no two schools, trusts or roles are exactly the same.
Our Services
Leadership Recruitment
This may be ad hoc/short term cover, long-term or permanent recruitment. We can work at school level or trust level to provide not only a full end to end recruitment solution but also support retention and training for new recruits.
Consultancy
Our team of Headteachers and Education Specialists offer consultancy and support. That may be with one of our in-house team or our extended team of experienced leaders. We offer support in the following areas but this isn’t an exhaustive list:
Recruitment and Retention
Delivered by our experienced recruitment team, we can look at the specifics of your school/s and advise, guide and provide full end to end recruitment for all positions within your setting/s, included but not limited to Deputy/Assistant Heads, Heads of Schools and Executive Heads.
Headteacher and Management Support
From SIP writing to reviews and troubleshooting. We can support in all areas of leadership.
SEN Training and Support (delivered by our Thrive Practitioners)
We can help with training days, review of policy and practice and also work directly with pupils. There is a package to suit all needs, whether you are a Thrive school looking for further support or looking to adopt the Thrive approach within your school.
Behaviour Management
Our experienced Headteachers and Deputies can support behaviour management strategies at MAT, school or class level.
Specialist Support in English and Maths in line with your School Improvement Plan
With excellent specialists in the core subjects, we can help put in place initiatives and advice to help your pupils thrive.
