We provide Continual Professional Development.

What Training Do We Offer?

We believe that it is crucial we promote continual learning and encourage our team to be reflective practitioners.

As we get to know you, we can advise you on suitable training we can offer; this may be 1-1 support session, an online course or one of our in-person courses.

Our CPD on offer includes a large and increasing variety of online courses, such as behaviour, SEN and young people’s well-being. Remember, your CPD folder should be a working document; this includes your time as a Supply Teacher.

In-Person Training

Our in-person training events are designed to support and connect our candidates beyond the school day. Led by education experts and hosted at venues away from the classroom, these sessions create space for learning, discussion and shared experiences. They’re always well received and reflect our commitment to meaningful, practical support.

Online Training

When you register with us, you’ll have the option to access online CPD through our own training provider, with a large library of courses available to work through at your own pace. These cover a range of topics including safeguarding, SEND, mental health and behaviour management. We also collaborate with our colleagues at ANZUK to bring you regular CPD webinars. These sessions are usually recorded, so you can watch them at a time convenient to you.
