Being a teacher-run agency with training in Recruitment and Safeguarding, we know what schools are looking for from supply and how to support our supply teachers, whilst ensuring that Safe Recruitment is a top priority. We offer a quick, professional and reliable service. We will ask you for a copy of your key policies so that we can pass these onto our teachers to enable them to be as prepared as possible to work at your school. Please be honest with us about your needs and your school so that we can try to match suitable teachers.
Great teachers at our core
We do not work with every teacher that we meet; we will only work with the teachers who can demonstrate that they will meet our high standard. The teachers that we decide to work with also complete rigorous recruitment checks; safeguarding checks; ongoing monitoring and continual training. We promise that all of our teachers have:
- completed a formal application
- had a face to face interview
- are provided with a clear job description (including marking)
- are DBS checked
- QTS checked
- Teacher Identity checked
- 2 good references
- Prevent Training dated within 1 year
- Safeguarding Training dated within 1 year
- regular training offered to them based on their needs and school feedback
- rewards for good feedback from schools
